reports that the collaboration among seven counties has brought
"tremendous richness" to the discussion. Co-chair
Robert Long points out that one county may get ahead on
an initiative and that the others can then learn from this.
With the seven counties covering about 2.5 million people,
there are a lot of different perspectives and strengths.
