At the County Level

The Director of Community Services for each county leads the implementation of the project in their county, and each county has a local advisory group, which includes providers and consumers, who work with the County Mental Health Department to implement the program.

Each county has its own plan for enrollment timelines and procedures, and for clinical, regulatory, fiscal, and technical initiatives. See the individual Counties' pages for more.
