The information that is collected automatically is used to improve this website's content and to help us to understand how users are interacting with the website. Users should contact us to correct any information. CCSI will not sell lists of its customers, authorized users, or personal information about individuals to third parties. IV. Use and Disclosure of Confidential

Information Confidential Information includes non-public information about CCSI customers and personal information about authorized users.

CCSI will only use Confidential Information:

  • As necessary to enable CCSI to perform services to or on behalf of its customers;
  • As needed for the proper management and administration of the business of CCSI;
  • As required to carry out the legal responsibilities of CCSI.

CCSI will not disclose Confidential Information to third parties, except:

  • To subcontractors who require access to Confidential Information to perform services to enable CCSI to serve its customers.
  • When required for the proper management and administration of CCSI, to persons or organizations that must have access to Confidential Information to provide service to CCSI.

CCSI requires organizations that provide service to the company to agree in writing to maintain the confidentiality and security of any Confidential Information that they receive as described in this Privacy Policy.


V. Data Security

CCSI maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Confidential Information. It requires subcontractors and third parties who have access to Confidential Information to agree to safeguard Confidential Information in accordance with generally accepted system security principles.
