The Western New York Care Coordination Program (WNYCCP) provides numerous opportunities for administrators, providers, people receiving services and their families and friends, and communities in our six counties to learn about and become more involved in mental health recovery through a person-centered approach to mental health care.

The Foundations of Person-Centeredness Training is coordinated through the individual counties. Information on when these training sessions will be offered can be obtained by contacting the representative for your county.
