Schedule of Meetings
Following is a list of regularly scheduled meetings of the Western New York Care Coordination Program (WNYCCP). Committees and work groups have designated members and set agendas.
If you are interested in learning more about a particular committee, contact Kathy Berthod (585-613-7665) who can put you in touch with a member of that particular committee. In some cases it may be appropriate for you to "audit" or observe a meeting (in person or via conference phone), take notes, and then ask a member of the committee or workgroup for clarification or questions outside of the scheduled meeting time.
If you plan to attend a meeting, please call at least 1-2 days in advance so we can prepare enough meeting materials and ensure there is enough space to reserve a seat.

Date/Time: The 3rd Tuesday of each month:
- 10:30 am – 2:30 pm - Steering Committee regular meeting
Note: The CCSI board room will be available during the following times adjacent to the Steering Committee:
- 9:30 am – 10:30 am - Independent Discussion time (call ahead to pre-schedule a specific topic and/or invite specific participants)
- 2:30 - 3:30 - Question and Answer Session (following regular meeting)
